Public Image Ltd. Play 02 Leeds Academy

P.I.L were formed in 1978 by John Lydon, Keith Levene, Jah Wobble & Jim Walker. Over the years many people have come and gone with the exception of John Lydon, & they are perhaps best known for "This Is Not A Love Song". They have released 8 studio albums, and last year they reformed & played their first gig for 17 years. The current line-up consists of John Lydon (Vocals), Lu Edmonds (Guitar), Bruce Smith (Drums), & Scott Firth (Bass & Keyboards). These guys are highly experimental, totally leftfield and have continued to defy convention for over 30 years. They play O2 Leeds Academy on July 23rd.
